| At We Just Recycle, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously. We hate the thought of perfectly good clothing literally going to waste, when so much can be recycled and put to good use. That’s why we have developed an organisation to collect, sort and distribute used clothing. In the UK, approximately two million tonnes of textile waste is generated each year. Of this, 1.2 million tonnes enter the household waste stream going to landfill. Did you know that our government and environment agencies has recognized the problem with filling Landfill sites and have set strict targets for reducing the amount that we put into sites around the UK.
